AirlyGo Travel is a registered travel agency based in Sri Lanka, offering flight ticketing and hotel booking services primarily through WhatsApp, phone, and email.
All fares, room rates, and availability shared with you are subject to change without notice until full payment is made and the booking is confirmed by the relevant airline or hotel. A quoted price is not a guaranteed price.
Payments are accepted in LKR through the payment method shared with you at the time of booking. Full payment is generally required before tickets or vouchers are issued, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Changes and cancellations are subject to the fare rules and policies of the specific airline or hotel you booked with — not set by AirlyGo Travel. We will always communicate any change or cancellation fees before you confirm a change. Refunds, where applicable, are processed once received from the airline/hotel, minus any non-refundable service charges.
Travel insurance, where purchased through us, is provided by a third-party insurance provider. Coverage, limits, and exclusions are governed entirely by that provider's policy documents, which are shared with you before purchase.
It is the traveller's responsibility to ensure they hold valid passports, visas, and any other travel or health documentation required for their destination. AirlyGo Travel is not liable for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete travel documentation.
AirlyGo Travel acts as an intermediary between you and airlines, hotels, and insurance providers. We are not liable for service failures, delays, or losses caused directly by these third parties, though we will assist you in resolving issues wherever possible.
