As most of our communication happens over WhatsApp, your messages, phone number, and shared documents (e.g. passport photos) are handled per WhatsApp's own privacy terms in addition to ours. We recommend not sharing sensitive documents outside what's required for your booking.
We retain booking-related information for as long as needed to fulfil your booking and meet any legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
You can request to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting our Help Center.
We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure, but no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. Please avoid sending full card details over WhatsApp or email.
